By removing impurities our skilled operators make certain you will achieve a high standard of crop quality thus enhancing the value.
- Using the state of the art Cimbria SEA TN7R optical colour sorter at 30T per hour and with the use of dump bins we can turn a lorry around in one hour and are able to remove:
- Ergot from wheat or barley
- Wheat from barley and barley from wheat
- Damaged peas or beans or those containing stone
- Weed seed
- Discoloured seed
- Improve Hagberg falling number and milling wheat quality
- Improve poor quality malting barley
- We offer commercial cleaning and drying on all combinable crops together with temporary or long-term storage and are able to co-ordinate transport lorries loaded from 40 tonne dump bins
- Stamped weighbridge on site
- Passing grain through a rotary cleaner prior to using the colour sorter enables us to maximise cleaning efficiency
- The colour sorter has InGas cameras to pick up and remove even the smallest of foreign objects
